In 2015, Trestle partnered with Seattle area apartment industry veterans, Shelter Resources, Inc and BFI Properties, LLC to acquire and renovate 4 apartment complexes (166 units) in the scenic communities of Burlington and Oak Harbor, north of Seattle, WA.
The PNW 4 were financed with equity LIHTC equity from Enterprise Community Investments, a tax exempt bond loan from Citi Community Capital and additional financing from the Washington State Housing Finance Commission’s special Program Investment Fund.
