Trestle is excited to announce that it has closed financing the PNW 4 portfolio in partnership with Shelter Resources of Bellevue, WA. The portfolio consists of 4 properties and 166 units. The projects will be completely renovated and their long term affordability will be preserved. Financing was provided by Citi Community Capital, Enterprise Community Investments and the Washington State Housing Finance Commission.

David Allen was featured in a piece produced by KPBS on why the micro apartment trend hasn't come to San Diego. Unfortunately its very difficult to build micro apartments here because of high minimum parking requirements.
